Mr. Sanjay Kumar Rathi, aged about 52 years, is one of the Promoters and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation as one of the First Directors. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from University of Ajmer (1991). He has over 12 years of experience in providing logistics services with a strong ability to serve various industry verticals and assisting them in gaining a competitive advantage by streamlining their logistics requirements.
Mr. Sudarshan Jain, aged about 40 years, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our company. He joined our Company as CFO with effect from December 12, 2024. Prior to this he was associated with the Company as an Accounts Head from June 2024 to December 11, 2024. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Kurukshetra University, completed in the year 2004. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) since 2011. He also holds a degree of Bachelor of Law from Kalinga University, completed in the year 2022. He has more than 18 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, handling financial reporting, budgeting and arranging working capital requirements from Banks, co-ordinating with internal and external auditors for audit of financials.
Ms. Ritika Bachhawat, aged about 30 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She joined our Company with effect from December 12, 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, completed in 2016. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since November 2021. She has more than 3 years of experience in handling corporate laws and secretarial matters related thereto.
Amit Kumar Srivastava, aged 53 years, is the Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts from University of Allahabad, completed in the year 1993. He also completed Honours Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from National Institute of Sales in the year 1998. He possesses overall experience of 30 years in developing business in new markets, budgeting and cost management.
Pawan Kumar Vashistha, aged about 50 years, is the Vice President – Operations of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, completed in the year 2006. He has an overall experience of 18 years in handling supply chain management and logistics management.
